  If I could give a -5 stars, yes this is below 0 stars, I would as this place is horrendous and in such shambles. The main office literally comes in to sit down, spew lies, and not disclose issues that have been previously know . They do not have the professional courtesy to return phone calls or respond to issues (noise complaints, drug issues, leaks, broken communal facilities, just to name a few). I am glad to have moved out. I feel horrible for the people who are looking to make this place a residence. It makes me wonder how every other Avalon out there is. Save your money and look elsewhere, don’t fall into the idea that it is an Avalon because they don’t bring a good name to the company. Should be labeled as Section 8 housing.
